Atwood Family: Memorial Day, Birthdays and Great Friends!

We had a great Memorial Day! Brian was off work and he was able to spend the day with us which was really nice! Our friends, Paige and Carter, had us over to swim with some other friends, so it was great fun in the pool. Lilly is loving the pool this summer. She is being very brave and doing everything with her floaty on! I am very proud of her!

Sweet Baby Walt just rested in the shade most of the day. He is still such a great baby. He got in for a few minutes and enjoyed every minute of it!

We have a great new park that has just opened in Senatobia. Sycamore Park is GREAT FUN. We met some friends one morning to play. Lilly loves the tire swing.....Piper, Hayden and Langston love it too!!

Walt got to experience his frist SEC champion win. The Bulldogs won the SEC Tournment in baseball a couple of weeks ago. He wore is MSU day gown to show is loyalty!! GO DAWGS!

Sweet Anderson turned 2 and we celebrated his birthday at Conger Park! He had a train theme and Monica did a great job decorating!

Promotion Sunday was on June 3, at FUMC. We promoted all the children to their new Sunday School classes and introduced them to their new teachers. There was also a time when we recognized all of the new babies that were born within the last year! Look at all of the babies. What a sweet time....welcoming Walt to the FUMC children's department. Praying this sweet baby boy will "grow in wisdom of our Lord."

Summer time has meant lots more play time with friends and our neighborhood is full of them! Will Prince, is a fun friend that likes to ride over with his Mama and Daddy in the golf cart. We love it when we see them coming!

Jake and Martin live next door and across the street, so we get to play with them lots, and Lilly LOVES it....Sunday night we ate some yummy spaghetti together!

Brian had a birthday this week and we celebrated Friday night at my mom and dad's house. Aunt LaLa was there and my babies do love their Aunt LaLa. I asked Lilly the other day who loved her to the moon, up to the stars and back.....and she said Aunt LaLa! HAHAHA!! So sweet....yes, Lilly that is right. I was looking for Jesus....but glad she knows her LaLa loves her lots too!
