A Little FOOTBALL, FASHION and always some FUN!

WOW!! Has it really been since August that I posted? Things have been busy around here, as usual, but football season is always pretty crazy for us. MSU football season is in full swing and we have made it to all but one home game. We love it and my kiddos love it, too. We are extremely excited that we get to hang out with Sissy at the ballgames, this makes them extra fun!

Clayton and Sissy...don't know what we would do without them!
McKinley and Mitchell Ward, it's always fun to hang with them at the tent! Walt had so much fun running the length of the amphitheater 100 times!
YAY! Sidney!!...we love this girl and look forward to seeing her at MSU!
Sidney, Walt, Lilly and Rivers...What a small world, Rivers Aunt Katie and I were at state together and best of friends....and now Sidney and Rivers are at State together and are the best of friends....only difference...Katie and I were PhiMu's NOT KD's HA!! :)
My sweet boy at the first MSU game of the year....WHEW, it was much different than last year. No more sleeping on a pallet under the tent. This little boy was into it all and wanted to explore it all.
Me and my Battle babies...it's been so much fun having them there with us!
Lilly was in a fashion show for the Baddour Center and she did great! She was very nervous, at first, but got better and better as the day went on! She is posing with me in her first outfit. She wanted me to wear the crown until it was her time to wear it! We had a fun day, just me and my girl!

Lilly with her friend Ella Grace! We were glad to have a friend there!
Practice walk with Mrs. Meagan! She said, "all those people were looking at me!"
2nd time down holding Hannah Claire's hand and she did great!
Her last time down and she went all by herself
Disney on Ice came to town and this little girl was having a fit to go. We decided that if she could go 4 weeks without sucking those fingers then Disney on Ice would be her prize. I am proud to say that we are officially a big girl....we are free from the bondage of the fingers. I have to admit, it is a little bittersweet. Although it was time, I feel like we have "crossed over".
Anna Lauren and her mama went with us!
Loving every minute of it!!
The 2 amigos at Cracker Barrel after the show....such sweet friends.
MHS Homecoming week...Mardi Gras was the theme, so Day 1 - Mardi Gras
McKinley and Lilly sporting their best Mardi Gras attire
Day 1 - Decade Day Mini Magnolia dressed in the 50's
Day 3 - All American Day She and Anna Lauren were twins every day, and they both wanted to be baseball players, so Brooke found some of Will's old baseball uniforms. She wasn't quite sure about it at first...she wasn't really liking the whole, I look like a boy....BUT her attitude was totally different when I picked her up, because she said the boys LOVED it and they played with her! WOW!!
Homecoming Pep Rally...Thanks to Morgan, Lilly was able to attend. She loved all of the girls in their pretty dresses...
Lilly with Ari....
Lilly LOVED the idea of Sissy crowning the new queen, especially when she realized that she would be able to keep her crown. It was a fun night watching that and took me back to last year when Sissy was Homecoming Queen, what a wonderful night!!
YAY...Jeanne Claire was Freshman Maid
and "big" Olivia (Lilly calls her that, so we will not be confused with Olivia Prince) was the QUEEN!
Lilly and Langston....she loves this little boy
Langston, Lilly and Emerson...best buddies playing at the Homecoming game!
My sweet Walt man enjoying some quality time with his Aunt LaLa...just a swinging at the house in the country....now Uncle Tom and Aunt LaLa's house.
SHEW....well that covers our September....as you can see, we stay busy, but that is the way we like it. I am loving my new job....the people are great, the work is easy and the paycheck is nice after not having one for 9 months. God is Good and this family has more than we should...To GOD be the GLORY!
